Heather Locklear was arrested by the California Highway Patrol on September 17, 2008 on suspicion of DUI. Officers say alcohol was not involved but there is suspicion of prescription drug use. They say they found the 47-year-old actress parked on the side of a road blocking traffic after a motorist called them saying Locklear was driving erratically. She was booked at the Santa Barbara County Jail where the mug was taken.
